Helping your worker recover if they suffer an injury during the course of their employment, by providing Workers’ Compensation insurance provides you, may reduce the financial impact on your business as well as protect you against liabilities made by your employees if they suffer an injury during the course of their employment as per Common/Sharia Law.

In addition to basic cover, you can protect yourself as the employer against any claim made by the employee under Common/Sharia Law up to a selected limit of indemnity.



Occupational Death - 24 months of the worker's last remuneration before the death

Permanent Disability - as per the specified scale

Loss of Wages - cash allowance

Reimbursement of Medical Expenses

This cover provides wage replacement and medical benefits to your employees if they get injured in the course of employment in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue you.

As an added benefit to employees this cover can also be extended to include accidents occurring within the territorial limits and outside duty hours in line with the benefits payable under the Labour Law.
